Chest Building : Best Chest Work Out
If you want a ripped body that will be the envy of everyone, you need to start working on muscles all over your body. As you progress in your efforts in working out, building muscles and staying slim, you probably need to assemble your own set of exercises for every part of your body to work them effectively. One of the important routines is chest building. Having a broad muscular chest is definitely one of the core areas that you need to build in your workouts. So what are the most effective chest work out?
The chest exercises are used as a part of many training programs. They have been proven effective to serious bodybuilders time and time again. You should include them in your training program too :
1. Dumbbell flyes
This exercise is great for isolating your pectorals and preserving the triceps for the subsequent exercise.
Step 1 - Hold dumbbells directly overhead.
Step 2 - Lower the dumbbells slowly to sides with elbows slightly bent, pulled back and to the side. Lower no further than level with the upper torso.
Step 3 - Next, using your pectorals, slowly pull the weights back up to the starting position.
That is one set. Repeat for 6-8 reps for each set until failure.
2. Incline bench press
This is more tough but if you have already experience, then you can move straight on to this exercise instead. If you perform this exercise as your second part of a pre-exhaust routine, then you may have to use lighter weights than normally.
Step 1 - Take a shoulder width grip.
Step 2 - Lower the bar to the chest with the elbows pointed to the side.
Step 3 - Return to the starting position.
Again this is only one set. Repeat for 6-8 reps for each set until failure.
These are basic and yet effective chest building exercises that you can do to help workout those chest muscles of yours.
