Crazy Diets No. 1 - The Burrito Diet

Ok… this was one of the weirdest diet I ever heard. When I first heard about it, I was like “Um, ya… right” and promptly dismissed it as one of those fad diet. Fast food? On a diet? But then again, if it was true, this may be a diet that finally can help thousands of dieters who just can’t stay away from fast food… So I decided that I might as well give it a whirl and find out more about the Burrito Diet.

burritodietI started to read the introduction and it was pretty interesting. So ok, this is no training manual or muscle building guide from a celebrity trainer or certified guide. It was from a guy, pretty much like me. He was fat too but like me managed to lose 80 pounds in 8 months! He was like you and me, a dad of two who had to work for long hours and a stress eater. And then he lost weight simply by eating burritos! Pretty incredible? I’ll say…

However, when I read the details, I was convinced that his diet may work. In absurd sense? Not really if you read his logic and methods in the book. Now even if you do not like Mexican food, The Burrito Diet has something for everyone - it teaches you a truly unique way to control your portions without feeling hungry. Plus it helps you get the right kinds of fat burning foods into your body to help you lose more weight.
