Every muscle on your body has a name and by learning more about your muscles and how they work, you will be helping yourself in the process of building muscles. Knowing about your muscles will allow you to communicate better with your trainer or training partners. Plus you’ll be at a better position armed with this knowledge to judge for yourself what improvements are needed. In this first part of Muscles 101, we’ll be getting to know the muscles that make up the shoulders and arms.
