Why Don’t You See Six Pack Abs With Lower Ab Exercises

Do you know that developing a six pack for a women is pretty difficult? Most women while trying to burn off their body fat is finding it extremely frustrated with toning up the belly area that they throw in the towel and give up! But why is is easier for men to get that rippling six pack abs? Well, the answer lies in the genetic makeup of women. And are there any lower ab exercises that can help?

Women’s body has a natural tendency to store excess calories in the form of body fat. In women, these fats are mostly stored as fats around the bellies, hips and thighs. Hence you can see women are usually have bigger lower body and that is something that is considered unattractive in the modern society. Effective lower ab exercises include hanging leg raises, reverse crunches, several leg lifts while lying down are great for getting your lower abs to work out. You may want to vary these exercises so that you are keeping your exercise program fresh and interesting. Besides, by mixing all the abs exercises do increase the effectiveness of these exercises as well.
